What does art mean to you? A multi-dimensional language thru which we can channel emotion/expressive thought
Are there any art events you are looking forward to in 2019? Idk I haven’t been keeping track
What projects are you wanting to work on this year? Larger-scale performance pieces, larger-scale & more consistent visual work as well as a collection of poems. Maybe a silly jig
Who are some of your favorite local artists (local being local to wherever you are located)? Justin Matousek, natalita, landen Beckner, Noelle Huser, megan escene, Cole Bronson, Mickey Haldi (!!)
Do you know your Meyers-Briggs personality type? Enneagram? Do you take personality tests? Why or why not? INFP/J, enneagram 4 I think. I don’t trust these tests much, why do we need a test to tell us our own personality? They are fun tho
Have you ever won an award? i.e. "most likely to crop-dust at a library" I got best writer & best actor in 4th grade

Do you have any tips for emerging or debuting artists? Discover at your own pace, trust your own process & don’t take any shit (unless you deserve it, in that case ya better be ready to examine yourself)
How can we make art more accessible? More art in public spaces, less emphasis on higher education being necessary in order to be a good artist. Burn down the elitist art world w bic lighter
What is something you have learned in your life that you think everyone should know? Mistakes are better teachers than anything else
